La ventaja de tener un abogado de oficio es que no tienes que pagar procurador ni costas en caso de perder. El inconveniente es que puede ser que no lo de "todo" para que ganes el caso.</p>

Por otro lado, también puede ser que el juez dice que no tienes razón por X motivo... pues ellos se tienen que estudiar el caso otra vez para ver como contraatacar ese X motivo... Será un proceso constante en el que tendrán que estar trabajando sobre las sentencias de cada uno de nosotros en diferentes partes de España. Por ello, piden 600€/mes.</p>

Dicen que si vamos por demanda colectiva puede ser muy fácil que nos derriben, ya que nos la jugamos a una sola carta.</p>
