Mientras, propongo ir eligiendo el tipo de demanda (individual o
colectiva). Que aunque va de la mano con las propuestas actuales,
no es vinculante, y de esta manera podemos ir concretando.<br>
<br>
Se me ocurren 3 opciones (aportar lo que os parezca):<br>
<br>
-Individual: Enfocar la demanda a las clausulas abusivas. Esto
implica que cada demanda necesita un abogado (de oficio o pago).
Las costas del juicio si se pierde son pequeñas.<br>
<br>
-Colectiva: Enfocar la demanda a la publicidad engañosa y trato
discriminatorio. Esto tiene un matiz político que habrá que tratar
fuera de los tribunales. Las costas del juicio si se pierde son
grandes.<br>
<br>
-Ambas: Tiene las ventajas de las dos y permite enfocar a varios
puntos, pero también las desventajas de los dos: Pagar muchos
abogados y riesgo de costas grandes.<br>
